On April 3, 2025, AREA hosted it’s Quarterly Investors event in celebration of momentum around revitalization of downtown Albuquerque. We were pleased to have Mayor Tim Keller provide opening remarks and hear from AREA Board Member Josh Parsons, City Councilor Joaquín Baca, Art Tatum – Director of Design for FBT Architects, AREA President & CEO Danielle Casey, as well as our keynote speaker, Brad Segal – President of Progressive Urban Management Associates (P.U.M.A.)
